I'd recommend you use Celeste Modular Outfit by Ikuyart instead:

The Celeste you know and love, but without those tacky, frilly shorts and cuffs (the jacket wind strips were collateral.)
Known Issues:
- The camera doesn't want to play nice at high or low FOVs.
80 FOV currently works best.
(I've included a link to the blend file, if a more experienced modder wants to fix the camera attachments ?)
