This mod replaces Billy's hero asset, his pick screen environment, various portraits, one ability icon, and Blasted sound effect.
INSTRUCTIONS
To install this mod, make sure your gameinfo.gi file (Located at /Deadlock/game/citadel) is edited so it reads addons.
Modify the file so the SearchPaths area looks like this:

This mod is separated into 2 files: pak12_dir.vpk is the main part of the mod, pak25_dir.vpk is for the Blasted sound effect
Then place these .VPK files inside of /Deadlock/game/citadel/addons.
The game reads the PakXX_dir.vpk files from lowest to highest number.
