a fork of Top Bar Plus to be a lighter and a bit cleaner version of the original mod.
including:
• smaller soul lead timer
• a combined timer for rejuv & buff spawns
• darken portraits for missing enemies
known issue: percentage symbol is off center, hacky fix whenever i get around to it
