Replaces Billy with "Puppy" with addition of custom particles for rising ram and custom ANIMATIONS for Shop ui and select screen.

I made this model from scratch for the ruiner art contest which I learned of too late lol, still though I finished it, enjoy to the 2 ruiner fans and my best friend.
