shiv-kart is funny so you should play with a bunch of slide items and infinite ammo for shiv to slide and boost down the raceway with his alt fire, i recommend infinite round, electric slippers, burst fire, fleet foot.

to host the map in multiplayer fallow the above steps and when the host is ready type "status" into the console and give your steam id to your friend and they will type "connect" into the console fallowed by your steam id to connect to the map then run citadel_allow_duplicate_heroes so both of you can play shiv.
