DEADLOCK

This mod SHOULD (if i did it right) fix the item overflow inside of the categories from the build browser. It will scale items down if only a single item is overflowed (I think this works but im having a hard time telling whether it scales the item or if its just the padding change I made), or add a scroll bar to categories that are lacking on vertical space. This issue comes from the build creator using a different screen resolution than you, and it makes these tiny item slivers that are next to impossible to see.

I am gonna be updating this as we go, but for now it will have to be placed above other shop UI mods to take effect. Eventually Ill make it into its own package and itll be compatible with other UI mods. Let me know if there are any issues and Ill try to fix them as soon as I can.
