This skin is originally inspired by a costume swap fan art piece of Victor by Ulsae ( https://bsky.app/profile/ulsae.bsky.social ), which was inspired by the Guillermo del Toro film Frankenstein released in 2025. The modeling, texturing, and rigging was done by amon/fellofffuji, with the rat model borrowed from Valve, while the illustrations and the custom icons used in-game was crafted by Ulsae.
How to install:
Option 1:
Use Deadlock Mod Manager to handle the installation for you
Option 2:
Open Victor-YetBrokenlyLiveOn.zip
Extract the .vpk to your \Steam\steamapps\common\Deadlock\game\citadel\addons folder (Use this tutorial: https://gamebanana.com/tuts/17942 to enable mods)
Rename the broken_victor.vpk to pak##_dir.vpk.
If you're using other mods, the lower the VPK number determines the priority the file is loaded in, so if you're using an icon pack you would rather use, make sure that this is a higher number.
