Leech Therapy drains enemies and permanently strengthens Harrow
Leech Therapy throws a jar of leeches that attach to enemies and drain health and stamina. It also reduces the remaining duration of positive effects on the targets. The leeches then crawl back to Harrow with what they have collected.

Leeches that return provide permanent bonuses to Harrow's health regeneration and fire rate. The ability therefore has an immediate effect on the enemy and a lasting effect on the hero during the same match.
Wretched Vapors give an ally a temporary boost
Wretched Vapors releases a cloud that possesses an allied hero and increases that ally's effectiveness for a limited time. Valve's description also warns that the effect has side effects when the vapours wear off.
The ability is a temporary enhancement rather than a permanent upgrade. Its description makes the trade-off clear without suggesting that it always decides a fight or prescribing an unconfirmed team strategy.
Healing Needles provide direct treatment
Healing Needles lets Harrow inject medicine into an allied hero. It is the most direct support tool in her kit and is intended to help a teammate remain active after taking damage.
The ability is separate from Leech Therapy: one treats an ally directly, while the other takes resources from enemies and can improve Harrow herself when the leeches return.
Nurse Harrow's four abilities
Lurking Terrors deal damage while fear builds
Lurking Terrors releases the creatures kept in Harrow's bag. Affected enemies take periodic damage, and their fear rises while they are looking at Harrow. Reaching the maximum fear level forces them to flee.
The ultimate therefore combines damage with crowd control. The direction an enemy is facing matters because fear does not build in the same way when the target is not looking at Harrow.

Her arrival completes the City Never Sleeps releases
Nurse Harrow is the sixth and final hero released through the City Never Sleeps vote. Valve recorded more than 110 million votes across the event. Only 847 players voted in every round and selected only that round's eventual winner.
Another 22,194 players used all of their votes exclusively on Harrow. Those figures describe the voting event rather than the hero's strength in normal matches, which can still change through later balance updates.
